How does the R’LIEF™ Smart Posture Corrector work?
The R’LIEF™ Smart Posture Corrector utilizes smart sensors to detect poor posture and provides a subtle vibration to remind you to straighten up.

Is the R’LIEF™ Smart Posture Corrector visible under clothing?
No, it’s designed to be slim and discreet, making it easily wearable under most shirts or tops.

Can I use it all day?
We recommend starting with 1-2 hours a day and gradually increasing as your posture improves.

Do I need an app to use the R’LIEF™ Smart Posture Corrector?
No app is required. Just charge, wear, and go. It works right out of the box.

How do I charge the device, and how long does it last?
Use the included USB cable. A full charge takes about 2 hours. Battery life varies based on usage. Most users only need to recharge every few days.

Do you ship internationally?
Presently, we only ship within the United States; we're looking to expand our operations as we grow.

When will my order ship?
We typically process orders within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, most U.S. customers receive their order within 6–9 days, though we ask that you allow up to 10–15 calendar days total (including processing) in case of unexpected delays due to weather or peak season congestion.

What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery. It must be unused and in its original packaging. To request a return, please email us at hello@shoprlief.com with your order number and reason for return.

What does the 1-Year Product Protection Plan cover?
It protects your R’LIEF device against defects or malfunctions under normal use for 12 months from the date of shipping. It does not cover accidental damage, water exposure, or misuse. The plan is non-refundable once activated.

Can I cancel my order?
We’ll do our best to help! If you need to cancel, notify us immediately at hello@shoprlief.com as soon as possible. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, but sometimes even sooner, so cancellations aren’t always possible once processing begins. If your order has already been sent to fulfillment, we won’t be able to stop it, but you can still return it for full refund after delivery under our 30-day return policy.

What if I entered the wrong address?
No worries, mistakes happen! If you notice an error in your shipping address, please notify us immediately at hello@shoprlief.com. We’ll try to cancel the order before it’s processed so you can place a new one.
