Returns

Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective or damaged, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If your return is over $30 in value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to any item that is returned opened, used, or without its original packaging. This helps us maintain our high-quality standards while offering fair return terms.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at hello@shoprlief.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos if applicable.
We review each case using the timestamp and delivery confirmation from the carrier. Claims submitted beyond 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
1-Year Product Protection Plan
If you added the optional 1-Year Product Protection Plan during checkout, please note that it is non-refundable once your order has shipped and coverage has been activated.
The plan covers manufacturer defects or malfunctions under normal use, but does not cover accidental damage, water exposure, or misuse.
