Shipping Policy

We proudly ship across the United States with trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Our goal is to ensure fast and reliable delivery direct to your door.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order is packed and ready for shipment, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please note: Orders placed during holidays or peak periods may take up to 7 business days to process.

We only ship on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Shipping Time

Please allow up to 10–15 calendar days total for delivery, including processing time, as delays may occasionally occur due to weather or peak season congestion.

In rare cases, if an item becomes unavailable during fulfillment, the order will be canceled, and a full refund issued

Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking. Once your package is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

Please note that tracking updates may take 1–2 business days to appear after your order has shipped.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders may be processed quickly, and we may be unable to modify addresses once fulfillment begins. If you realize there's an error, email us at hello@shoprlief.com right away. We'll do our best to assist before it's too late.

R’LIEF is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please first double-check with neighbors, building staff, or around your delivery area.

Then, email us at hello@shoprlief.com within 48 hours of the marked delivery. We will help you investigate and file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf, if eligible.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage.

Please note: We are unable to guarantee replacements or refunds for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Each case is reviewed individually, and we’ll always do our best to support you.
