The soft, ergonomic silicone arms rest comfortably without straps or clips. Maintaining good posture at the start helps the device accurately detect slouching and deliver gentle vibration alerts.
• Activate the Device: Press the central power button once to turn it on. The LED display will briefly illuminate, confirming activation.
• Begin Monitoring: The posture corrector immediately begins monitoring your posture using built-in angle sensors.
• Feel the Feedback: If you slouch beyond a 25° angle, the device emits a gentle vibration and continues buzzing until you sit upright again. It’s designed to correct noticeable posture shifts, not micro-adjustments so you won’t be over-alerted during natural movement. The LED slouch counter increases only once per slouch event, even if vibration continues, ensuring clean and accurate tracking.

Note: For best results, sit upright during setup. The device calibrates to your initial posture and only triggers when you deviate beyond a healthy threshold.

6. R’LIEF™ corrects noticeable posture shifts only, not small movements. It may continue to vibrate until you return to an upright posture. This is intentional for effective correction. Slouch counter increases just once per event, not on every buzz.
